Zhaoqing is very beautiful city, found in Guangdong. Zhaoqing is one of my favorite place for food sampling. I traveled from Shenzhen to Zhaoqing by bullet train (high speed train) it took about 2 and half hours.
China’s transportation is quite comfortable and so conveniences to travel anywhere with the high-speed ones.
Shenzhen is 3rd huge city in China, there are tons of people line up for tickets and it operates to many destinations around China. At that time, I traveled from HK so Shenzhen is the city next to HK by speed boat, about 1 hour something, but if you are boat sick is not to recommended on boat. What I love the most from my traveling is to try the local foods, especially grilled stuff, then why not Shenzhen, a lot grilled, noodle soup, seafood, steam boat and so many that I couldn’t count.
I spent a quick drop by SZ for food then on bullet train to Zhaoqing, my best friend [Liao Fei] was waiting me for so long at train station, he was a patient guy, because the train I took, did not moved at the middle of the way, got a heavy rain even railways was jam too. It took me almost midnight to reached to Zhaoqing.
Next morning, we wandered to the national park in the downtown, green view, a huge lake surrounded by the lotus flower, behind you there is the amazing mountains.
We had a quick capture and walked inside the park, I love that people here try to grow and keep the nature green.
In Zhaoqing I spent most of the time eating foods, was delicious I was not able to control myself at that time, eat as much as I can no time caring about FAT, yep of course I gained 3Kg back home. I never thought that Guangdong-Zhaoqing has a lot of awesome dishes.
