Beoung Sne is the floating forest area habitat of thousand birds is located in Prey Veng province. From national road, No#1 along the way to Nak Leoung Bridge about 115Km from Phnom Penh, in Ba Phnom district or you can reach there by google map. It is the best time to see those birds around 4-5pm, so you can leave phnom penh about 1pm and get there at 3pm. They have the floating restaurant for guests who want to enjoy lunch there, the foods are affordable. After lunch, they get some nap and waiting for the birds coming out from the floating forest, October is the most appropriate time to see the birds, along the way you can enjoy paddy field, boat trip and I love their buffalo jerky.
